Intrapersonal awareness and management: You recognize how your values, beliefs, thoughts, emotions influence your behavior and foster resilience. Your act with confidence, integrity, and purpose. You manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve personal and collective goals.regardless of the setting. You exercise self-discipline and hold yourself accountable.

Interpersonal awareness and management: You recognize the fundamental importance of human connection. You are able to take others’ perspectives, and demonstrate empathy, concern, and compassion. You recognize strengths in others and nurture healthy relationships based on trust, respect, and constructive collaboration. You recover and repair the normal conflicts that occur in relationships, and respond appropriately to situational demands and opportunities. 

Responsible decision-making: You combine open-mindedness and curiosity with critical thinking to make ethical decisions that promote personal, social, and collective wellbeing. You account for the benefits and consequences of your decisions. You invest in the future through your personal actions and with others.
